Richard OUELLET is a Full Professor in International Economic Law at the Faculty of Law and the Graduate School of International Studies (ESEI) at Université Laval in Quebec City. He holds the Research Chair on New Issues in Economic Globalization. His teaching and research focus on World Trade Organization agreements and regional economic integration. He serves as a consultant for various ministries, organisations, and public and semi-public bodies on matters of international economic law.
LY Van Anh is a researcher and Deputy Director of the Research Chair on New Issues in Economic Globalization. She holds a Master’s degree in International Law (LL.M.) and a Doctorate in Law (LL.D.) from Université Laval. With over 20 years of experience in research and teaching in international economic law at the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, she has been teaching WTO law at the graduate level at Université Laval since September 2022.
NGUYEN Ngoc Ha is Director of the FTU Institute of Creative Research, Professor at the Faculty of Law, Foreign Trade University, Hanoi (Viet Nam) and Associate Researcher at the Research Chair on New Challenges of Economic Globalization. His teaching and research focus on World Trade Organization law, international trade dispute settlement, free trade agreements and new generation free trade agreements. He is also a consultant for various government ministries, international organizations and companies in this field.
HA Cong Anh Bao is the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Foreign Trade University. His areas of expertise and in-depth research include commercial and international business contracts, e-commerce law, and finance and banking law. Mr. Bao frequently conducts training sessions and provides consultancy for various corporations and companies in Vietnam on commercial and international business contracts. He also serves as an arbitrator and mediator in Vietnam.
